This Study explored human rights for Qatari Womens with disabilities challenges and means of empowerment as precieced by females and males both with and without disabilities. The results indicate that that participants without disabilities, especially men, less acknowledged the rights of women with disabilities. Furthermore, women with disabilities did not emphasize civil and political rights.
