This Study aims at examining the attitudes of Jordanian people towards employment of persons with disabilities, as well as investigating the effects of some variables  that affect their employment. To acheive this, authors  collected data from 800 persons both males and females. The results indicated that the percentage of jordanians people who pointed out that people with disavilities are unproductive was (69)%.
