The scope of the Guidelines includes the disclosure of a child’s diagnosis of physical, sensory, intellectual, and multiple disabilities, and autistic spectrum disorders. The Guidelines relate to the diagnosis of a child’s disability during pregnancy at birth; or in the case of a diagnosis whichevolves over time.
