chidren with disabilities and many others children who suffered from diffirants types of experiencies in learn are marginalzed from schools and education system, upon this paper considers the situations in countries specially in central and eastern Europe eximing developments that have ocurred in years, the analysis suggests  barriers to progress, including attitudes within communities towards certain groups of children, traditional practices in the field of special education.
