The focus of this review is to investegate how schools can maximase the learning for all the students with disabilities, also this report focus on reviewing the program for students with disabilities funding and resources to schools to support students with disabilities.  Policy implications and recommendations are also included, in addition to frameworks to define and measure inclusiveness.
