Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Affairs attributes great importance to the employment of people with disabilities and their participation in social life. Within the framework of this policy, the main goal  is to increase the employment ratio of disabled people in public sector as civil servants. On the other hand, almost threefold increase in the employment of disabled people both in public and private sector since 2002 should be noted. While pursuing  activities to improve employment, as the State  anticipates more efforts by the private sector. In this regard, it is crucial to obtain thoughts and contributions of the private sector as well as to determine their expectations.
