This study aims to Ensure that disabled persons organizations enhance their potentials as civil representative in the context of regional transformation through capacity-building to raise awareness, support the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and protect them to ensure they can fully enjoy all human rights and basic freedoms.
