The study targeted group of mothers with their child in one year old have always coming to  healthcare centers in Najafabad a city in Iran with their children, the authers used a questionnaire before one month after the intervention, Results of the study showed that there was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of the children’s gender and the mothers’ occupation between the experimental and control groups.
