The purpose of this needs assessment is to answer to the following objectives : Investigate the psychological needs of adolescents and children, especially girls and children with disabilities affected by the on-going-conflict in the targeted areas in East Jerusalem.  Identify and assess the current capacity of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in implementing psychosocial services and providing Child Friendly Spaces (CFSs) in EJ, and potential and interest of CBOs in future programming.  Assess CBO adherence to national and international standards and guidelines.  Establish a baseline for the project to measure the goals and impact of the project. A thorough methodology with details on tools and methods was developed to collect and analyze data that answer to all of the objectives set above.
