This paper is discussing the rights of children and young people with disabilities. It sets out both to discuss the subject of disability from a Child Rights angle and to develop some basic guidelines for tackling this issue in a practical way. Also, this paper suggests theroitical assumbtions about attitudes and changing attitudes toward PwD's.
