This Study interested in Learning Disabilities subject especially for palestinian youth and children. Whereas learning Disabilities are heightened in war torn countries. There is a stark link between poverty and learning disabilities as well as influences from the psychological implications from the war. The Learning Disability rates of Palestinians are doubled to that of Israeli children. Overall, the poverty caused by the occupation, lack of awareness , negative social stigma related to disabilities and diglossia has adversely impacted the educational systems within the Palestinian territories. A two state solution would benefit programs and help mobilize special education within Palestine with funding.
