this report aims at shedding light on the situation of persons with disabilities with regard to access to social services in the Middle East, also it provides a clear and methodical assessment of the current situation in the region, starting with the general attitude towards persons with disabilities to the reasons (economic, political, and social) for the lack of sufficient, accessible and appropriate services.
