This report confirmed that all the children with disabilities in their communities have the same rights, and their integration in the society is possible but it recommended to be recognized and this   need a big change happened in perspectives. In addition the children with disabilities could be changer factor in self – determination so this couldn’t be considered their as beneficiaries in charity works only. Their voices have to be listen and give consideration in important strategies, policies and programs
