This document is a stratigic plan to combat violence against women in teertories under the palestinian national authority for the period 2011-2019, the goal of this strategy is to combat by promoting the principle the rule of law based on women rights and improving instituasional mechanism in the palestian society in order to protect and support abused women and allow them to live in a society free from all of forms of discrimination.
