This Toolkit talk about people with disabilities and how it will be a good reference for their parents especially those who have children with learning disabilities in order to improve their quality of life next to their parents and in their environment, People with learning disabilities should also be supported to live independently in the community wherever possible. To deliver the changes necessary to improve services requires partnership working and joint commissioning by statutory organisations.
