The situation of caregivers for refugees with disabilities should be carefully considered and targeted support should be provided to ensure they can continue in this care-giving role, as appropriate.  Assistance and services targeting the specific needs of refugees with disabilities should aim to strengthen, as appropriate, care-giving strategies usually in practice at the household/community levels
