The evaluation was conducted in five phases; inception, field survey, analysis, writing of draft report and presentation. The consultancy encompassed in total 87 days work starting with contract-signing in March, 15 days field survey in March/April, stakeholders’ workshop presenting the draft report and developing a new results framework with the partners in end-May, and submission of final report in June 2009.
